About the event
Owners Sean and Colleen Alexander are trained yoga teachers as well Vibrational sound practitioners. The room will be filled with candlelight as we play a mixture of antique metal bowls, newly crafted sound bowls, gongs, chimes, and crystal bowls.
Participants will be provided with a yoga mat, pillow, blankets, and/or the option of a chair.
After the sound bath, participants will be invited to join for a meet and greet with teas and light snacks.
