Sunday Morning "Opening To Grace"

Service Description

*There are many names for our true essential nature; the "I AM", "Consciousness", "Holy Spirit", "Brahman", "Christ consciousness", "Not two" are such names. *This group will gather together in silence, stillness, heart and presence, curiosity, and openness. *We begin sitting for 15 minutes in a silent meditation of your choice... followed by the facilitator sharing... then opening it up to the group for people sharing. Sharing is voluntary, and you are invited to sit silently throughout the group if you so choose. Short poems, stories, readings that you find inspiring are welcomed to be shared in your turn. *We will close with a reading/poem/shares. Let us be curious about what is here and encourage speaking from what we notice int he moment, what is alive within us, rather than on past or future thoughts. Some of us find it difficult to access our own sense of inner alive spirit and this group is designed to support you in that process of discovery. *Together we hold witnessing space for each other in opening to deeper levels of presence and open to a grounded sense of essence that naturally resides within each of us.
